Upgrading Grand Caravan We came into the dealership with the plan to trade in our 2009 Dodge Caravan and buy a 2015. We met with Scott Brown, who introduced us to Ian Long. Ian took us out for a test drive, showed us the upgrades to the new van and answered any questions we had. Back at the dealership, we worked with both Scott and Ian on a deal for the trade in and new van. Satisfied, we signed the relevant paperwork and returned Monday morning to complete the insurance and contracts with Darlene and HUB insurance. Meanwhile, Ian filled our new car with gas and we went over the final checklist. We needed to return a week later (due to the busyness of the week before Christmas) to do the paint treatment and put our snow tires from our trade in to the new van. An Experience To Never Forget I found each and every employee to be friendly and went above and beyond. I find most dealerships are way too pushy, this dealership takes the push out of buying a car and actually takes the time to get to know you as a friend and not a "commission" or "sale". Please beware before you purchase a new vehicle from this dealership they are not upgrading the recalls on their vehicles before you purchase them. They are also not giving you the information about the recalls after your purchase. I bought a brand new 2015 Jeep Cherokee in August 2015. I was unaware there was a recall on the transmission and the airbags for this vehicle. At 4,000 km my transmission broke down while I was on the hwy. Once towed to the nearest dealership I was informed of the recalls. My transmission however needed to be completely replaced. Although this was all under warranty this was an inconvenience I did not expect from a brand new vehicle. At three months old it has spent 19 days in the shop. Despite my request to find out why I was not informed of these recalls no one in Management has ever spoken to me or given any apology. I have lost trust in my vehicle and in this dealership. More

Rough start , excellent finish We recently helped our son purchase a used Dodge pick up. Right from the start our salesman was very patient and willing to spend time to go thru everything with us. My son had visited the Chevy dealership before Abotsford Chrysler and was not treated well because of his young age which prompted him leave disappointed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately when we received the truck there were many issues not addressed by the service department as promised and detailing was poor. Ultimately we had to return truck and leave with them for almost 2 weeks.. Having said that , once the management was made aware my son was given a courtesy car and was well taken care of. Our contact ( Carson ) was exceptional in getting everything taken care of flawlessly and even exceeding our expectations and his promises. When my son picked up truck he was overjoyed by the attention to detail and how Carson was true to his word. Because of this my confidence in there commitment to customer service is renewed. I've always told my son that life is not what happens to you but how you deal with it and Abotdford Chrysler is a true example. Ryan is amazing there in Abbotsford, but as for a few others not so much!!!! I personally will not go back nor will I recommend these guys to anyone!!!!!
