New Truck to pull New Trailer We came in to look at Dodge Ram Trucks to haul our new trailer. Started with Jurgen and ended up with Tyler as our salesman. Tyler did an awesome job. We were introduced to the sales manager, Graeme, who was very pleasant and eager to please. The business manager, Darlene, was very professional as well. Very helpful and explained all documentation to us thoroughly. Overall, I can say our dealings with Tyler and Darlene in purchasing our new truck, they were very professional and courteous. They went above with offering us lunch upstairs and purchasing us coffee from Tim Hortons. My financial situation however had been a little compromised. When I spoke with Madison the sales person who showed me the vehicle I wanted to purchase, That's where it all started. The financial team started working very hard for me to be able to purchase a new vehicle. Madison laid the ground work by being an amazing young sales person. Then there was Darlene who started the financial process and got Sheldon on board to get this process happening. They worked so hard and then I get a call from Quinn. He took all that work and made it happen. Wow. Today as I write this I am very thankful for all the hard work each of these people did to make my experience pleasant and make it possible for me to have my new car which I really love in every way. These people are extraordinary. The experience I had buying this car really was an absolute pleasure. Purchasing a secondary vehicle Just before Christmas 2015 I came into Abbotsford Chrysler specifically for the vehicle that I had purchased, paid slightly more then what I had inten Just before Christmas 2015 I came into Abbotsford Chrysler specifically for the vehicle that I had purchased, paid slightly more then what I had intended but felt that I received a fair deal at the end. I was helped by a young fairly experienced Salesperson who proceeded to engage in qualifying me in what I might be interested in, I had decided on a pre owned Acura which he then arranged to have me take the vehicle on a very thorough test drive so I could experience all the different aspects and capabilities of this SUV that I was about to purchase. I was sold on the vehicle but not on the price, that took a few more days but at the end we managed to put a reasonable transaction together. During the exchange of funds all the personal that were part of the process were very helpful most importantly the Salesmen Rob Pothecary ,very professional, helpful and especially knowledgeable in explaining all the different option, plus the functionality and how to operate them, which I was lost after the 3rd button. My experience with Abbotsford Chrysler and the Staff was second to non, 1st class and I would recommend them to friends and colleagues. Thanks All! More

Top Notch Customer Service/Dealer Experience Decided last minute after work to go to Abbotsford Chrysler with my buddy to check out a used Willy Wrangler that I was interested in. Got there about Decided last minute after work to go to Abbotsford Chrysler with my buddy to check out a used Willy Wrangler that I was interested in. Got there about 30 minutes before they closed but Tyler and the manager (I forgot his name unfortunately) were still very welcoming and went out of their way so that I could take full test drive of the vehicle and even stayed an extra hour after they closed (it was about 9pm before we left) to answer all of our questions. I felt bad about making them stay so long after closing but they were still very friendly and accommodating which I greatly appreciated as I drove from Burnaby to Abbotsford which is about a 40 minute drive to see the vehicle. After coming up with a price they also gave me a few days to think about the purchase. I was going to pull the final trigger until some last minute surprise family considerations came up which forced me to rethink a major purchase at the time. So unfortunately I didn't end buying the vehicle but Tyler was totally understanding. Also thank-you to Ashley for her great and timely responses to my emails, As far as car dealerships go, this was one of the friendliest, easy going and no pressure places that I've been to. Definitely recommend at least checking this place out if you're in the market for a Jeep. More

Very disappointed/ripped me off I went to Abbotsford Chrysler To trade my old Chrysler in for a new truck! The sales team agreed on a number that was in my budget for the new vehicl I went to Abbotsford Chrysler To trade my old Chrysler in for a new truck! After a week and 2000 mm later ,I went to sign the papers and all of a sudden the vehicles $50/month more on the contract! The finacial girl Quinn just tells me it's only $50 xtra/month that's like a half a tank of gas! If you don't sign then were charging you 75cents km on the mileage you put on the vehicle !! By far the worst company ever to deal with! Shady all around! After 6 months of me owning the vehicle! They then call me threatening to repo new truck cause they lost the bill of sale for my trade in car! Bunch of greedy people! I got vsabc on this! As well as a lawyer More
