Kia Queensway is the best I recently purchased my vehicle at Kia and my overall experience was more then satisfying. When we walked into kia for the first time we noticed that I recently purchased my vehicle at Kia and my overall experience was more then satisfying. When we walked into kia for the first time we noticed that everyone was busy and there was a lot of ppl in at the same time as us, with that being said our sales guy Rocky manage to help us while helping a few other ppl aswell. As busy as he was he made sure we were helped right away. This to me is proper and professional customer satisfaction. He was able to assist us in exactly what we were looking for and made me feel very comfortable of purchasing my vehicle from kia. That day we went to multiple dealerships and did not get the type of customer service that rocky provided for us. He's an amazing sales associate and I thank him so much for helping me purchase my first vehicle. Lindon king the manager at Kia was also assisting us. When I walked into his office he made me feel so comfortable about again purchasing my vehicle from kia. He's so professional in all ways and was extremely helpful towards me. It was a long and difficult process for me getting my vehicle but Lindon told me from the beginning he would make it happen. He pushed to help me get my vehicle and did not give up, which other dealerships I went to never put this much effort into helping me. I am so pleased and thrilled with my experience at Kia. I will never forget these two men that went beyond to help me, they both give kia defiantly an excellent name!! Thank you to kia for my first vehicle! ! More

My experience both times was friendly and everything was made easy for me to drive my car away. For me, I love that Rocky genuinely cares about his clients. He was never pushy (which is a huge plus for me) and spoke confidently about KIA products. He was also mindful of helping me stay within my budget boundaries. I'm loving my Forte 5!!! More

He went out of his way to find the coloir I wanted too. My two complaints is it took long to get the car in the colour I wanted but I guess it is reasonable to have to wait. Second, I know I could have negotiated a lower price, in hindsight. I asked the manager to throw in some extras to offset this but he only threw in the lock nuts and free oil changes. Either way, all and all it was a good experience and I would buy from them in the future and Rocky is a great rep to deal with. More

Rocky J is the man I have visited this dealership twice now. The first time over a year ago and this time about two months ago. The first time around I had the pleasure of meeting with Rocky (probably the only car salesman I would ever trust) and he sold me a Kia Soul and was very up front an honest with what he can and cant do. He didn't fluff about things he didn't know instead said "I don't know lets find out!" THAT TO ME IS AMAZING! The second time around I went to look for a used car and seeked out Rocky and like a great magician once again he pulled a rabbit out of his hat and sold me a BEAUTIFUL Kia Optima. I now drive everyday with a huge smile on my face enjoying my commute to work (The KIA soul is with my wife now). Rocky both times has been a pleasure to work with and I love his honesty. I refer all my friends and family to Rocky before buying any car. I love my KIA's but in all honesty if I was to buy another car it would depend where Rocky is working. Thank You Rocky!!
