Due to the fact that I went in every four months for regular service/ warranty maintenance, I got to know almost everyone who works at the dealership. Every time I go in, I am treated with kindness and respect and I never feel like I am being taken advantage of. The service staff is honest and gives great advice. When I traded in my car, I bought another KIA for this reason. I feel like a member of the KIA family and there is no one else I would trust my car with, or no other place I would purchase a future car from. More
