Rocky J is the man I have visited this dealership twice now. The first time over a year ago and this time about two months ago. The first time around I had the pleasure of meeting with Rocky (probably the only car salesman I would ever trust) and he sold me a Kia Soul and was very up front an honest with what he can and cant do. He didn't fluff about things he didn't know instead said "I don't know lets find out!" THAT TO ME IS AMAZING! The second time around I went to look for a used car and seeked out Rocky and like a great magician once again he pulled a rabbit out of his hat and sold me a BEAUTIFUL Kia Optima. I now drive everyday with a huge smile on my face enjoying my commute to work (The KIA soul is with my wife now). Rocky both times has been a pleasure to work with and I love his honesty. I refer all my friends and family to Rocky before buying any car. I love my KIA's but in all honesty if I was to buy another car it would depend where Rocky is working. Thank You Rocky!! This is an awful place to purchase a car! first they sold my car to someone else, then forced me to take another i didn't like as much, promised me th This is an awful place to purchase a car! first they sold my car to someone else, then forced me to take another i didn't like as much, promised me the world and did not deliver. All of that aside, the struggle i went through to get them to send the details to my insurance company was insane, it was so stressful. I should not have to call you numerous times per day to get you to send the information to the insurance broker, i was so relieved by the time i was done dealing with these crooks that i just let all of the promises go (full tank of gas, ha! yeah right) and drove away and never looked back. Now if they would stop sending me letters trying to get me to have oil changes there i could be rid of them forever. Save yourself the hassle and go to a dealership that has professionals working for them. More

Best Car Buyer Experience I have ever had!! I have wanted a Soul for a long time now but didn't think it was possible to make the numbers work with my existing vehicle finance. Being a single mo I have wanted a Soul for a long time now but didn't think it was possible to make the numbers work with my existing vehicle finance. Being a single mom my budget is very strict and the smallest change is very difficult. Sam was very understanding and while we took the Soul for a test drive I was blown away upon my return when Sam said that he can make the numbers work and I would have my Soul!! Sam introduced me to Lindon who was able to get my paperwork done in merely two days....Lindon was friendly, fast and wonderful to deal with. Indifferent attitude Since we use this dealership for my wife's Rondo service, we thought it was a good idea to check for an Optima as our second car. The website indicate Since we use this dealership for my wife's Rondo service, we thought it was a good idea to check for an Optima as our second car. The website indicates that they're open from noon to 5pm on Sunday, so we tried to pay them a visit. Unfortunately for them, they're closed on Sunday, even if the website says otherwise. I guess we'll try another Kia dealership or a Hyundai Sonata instead... More
