Felt like it was a funny drama acting job and their s This review is well overdue from February. Not an optimal experience. I spent a few hours there. Felt like it was a funny drama acting job and their sales manager didn't want to earn my business obviously. I was promised by 2 managers Nabeel and Ivana gas cards for coming to their show room from out of town. I was followed up with before coming in quite hard by Ivana and they portrayed themselves as very motivated to make a deal. So I drove an hour thinking they are people of their word and inquired about what was promised (gas cards) when I got there. They said that they ran out ( a likely story, right?) and took down my info to mail me. At that point, I knew they were most likely not honest... I called back about gas cards a couple weeks later and nobody got back to me. Very dishonest. They're lucky they exist in a populated and misinformed market. They brag about being the highest volume dealer in Canada but apparently that's the only thing working for them. I ended up making a deal with a Nissan closer to home who were very honest and treat me like family whenever I go in for servicing. More

On the offer received I also mentioned the monthly premium was too high, she said she would speak to the manager. She comes out says good news shows me the premium much less than we talked about so I was happy and she asked me to sign and was very adamant, So I scrutinized the paper only to realize they increased the term so definitely the premium would fall. I mentioned this to her as it was not good faith and requested for a good deal when she said we were cheap, I was disgusted and went out of that showroom, as we recorded this conversation, sent this to the manager sohail iqbal for action and prompt reply, None so far. That is Nissan Dixie for you, Bought many cars in different countries of the world where I have lived this was my worst nightmare. More
