Agreed to buy a new Rogue on Friday Aug 2. The color was not in stock but would be available by "next Friday, worst case scenario". No phone call by late Thursday so I called to enquire. Several calls were not in stock but would be available by "next Friday, worst case scenario". No phone call by late Thursday so I called to enquire. Several calls were needed to reach the salesperson and business manager. No-one knew anything about availability and really didn't want to take ownership of the situation. No information provided by Tuesday Aug 13 so I called again. Voicemails were not returned promptly and finally spoke to business manager late Tuesday and was told that I would be called when the vehicle was ready. That happened on Thursday while on vacation. Collected the vehicle Monday Aug 19 but only one Smart Key was available. The second would be "a few days". No call by Monday Aug 26 so called Tuesday. Again difficulty reaching salesperson who finally told me that his manager would call later about the Smart Key. He didn't so I called Tuesday and spoke with the sales manager who had been "too busy to call" on Monday. Told him I will come to the dealership and stay there until I got the key. Arrived at 2 pm and was told that the key would be ready in an hour. It actually took 2 1/2 hours! Customer neglect in spades. More
Clearly 401 Dixie Nissan has enough business that they don't care about customers. Having confirmed and gone through the whole process of financing etc of the new car; no one followed up with me. No one called, I had to keep calling to check as if it was my job and Nissan was doing a favor dealing with me. I am amazed at the lack of professionalism and the rude dealings of the staff including the managers who do not want to help one bit. Nissan doesn't deserve business at this rate of service, I am so upset. No organization whatsoever with processes, car delivery was delayed by a week. Should have gone to some other dealer where they value customers especially Toyota and Volkswagon. Will never refer anyone to go to this dealership. The manager is rude, definitely not a pleasant dealing at all. More
Recently purchased a used 2011 Nissan Pathfinder. Ala was excellent, very helpful, explained everything and a pleasure to deal with. I appreciated being treated as a person and not a sales target! He was excellent, very helpful, explained everything and a pleasure to deal with. I appreciated being treated as a person and not a sales target! He listened and did NOT push. Pricing was reasonable and fair given the popularity of this make/model. I would definately buy another car from Ala as I felt he did a good job informing me of both the good and bad of the vehicle, and we agreed on a fair price based on its condition. The rest of the team was also verhelpful (as I would expected as a new client). Have not tired their service department so can not comment. Otherwise the overall experince was very good (4.5 out of 5) and we are very happy with our new vehicle! More

Being their customer for 10 years and noticed that service deteriorated dramatically in the last few years. The last straw was today when I took my car to fix some problem with the air-condition's fan service deteriorated dramatically in the last few years. The last straw was today when I took my car to fix some problem with the air-condition's fan, i came to pick it up at the end of the day only to find that the air-conditioning knob has been broken! Of course they denied that it was broken in the process even with the crack is evidently fresh. But what really pissed me off the most was the rudeness of some dude with British accent who said ‘of course you will only notice now that it is broken!!’ hinting that I am only saying that to get them to pay for it. I will never go their again. My husband will do the same and all my friends. with $99 of labour/hour you would wonder if there's any legal body to protect customers. More
