Poor Customer Service Recently bought new vehicle from here. Salesperson was very uninformative. Didnt know anything. Never followed up once. I had to close the deal with GM, Sales Manager, then i dealt with leasing manager, then assistant sales manager and finally finance manager. I never had to deal with so many people when buying a vehicle. I was told that in 48 hrs someone will be in touch with me about the delivery of the vehicle. No one called. I had to call the dealership 6-7 times over the course of a week to finally get an answer. They wouldn't even return phone calls. I told them that I am chasing them around and it should be other way around....I am the customer. I wouldn't recommend them because of poor customer service and the sales person. More
