Of course it is a business and they need to make money in order to continue to provide the excellent services they do and also make a living so all parties need to be reasonable. My wife and I were able to experience the professional, courteous and friendly approach of a number of people we interacted with at 401 Dixie KIA . To summarize we had made an appointment to visit 401 Dixie KIA following an on-line quote request. Which was responded to in minutes by-the-way. Great service and attention to the needs of customers. By mistake we ended up at another dealership and when they realized the mistake, that dealership pressured us to make a transaction right there, we weren't at that other dealer for more then 3 minutes and they already 3 people were trying to sell us a 2018 demo car. We were out of that dealer at light speed. If a dealer is not appreciative and ready to deal with integrity with another fellow dealer and customer commitment, I reasoned they would not deal with us properly in the long term. Relationships and integrity is more valuable to us then a couple of hundred box discounts. We did not want a cheap car, we looked for a high value package including great long term relationships we can trust. So we want to absolutely recommend 401 Dixie KIA for being awesome, giving us an amazing deal on our 2019 KIA Sportage and respecting our dignity as customers. I really liked the Stinger GT ever since it was introduced and at my last service appointment I approached Amit, who I got to know the last 4 years of servicing my Optima, and got to talking about upgrading to a 2018 KIA Stinger GT Limited. Amit made it happen! He took the time to review my current status and made the entire process easy and seamless. I picked up my new car on Wednesday and am loving it more each day I drive it. Harry was great and thorough at showing me all the features - it has more features then I initially thought. This is my second purchase from 401 Dixie KIA and I will continue to only service my new car at this dealership. The staff are very approachable and as friendly as you can get, as are Kate and Eric, the owners. I recommend this dealership to anyone!
