We enjoyed very much working with Sky Spiers. He was friendly, professional, knowleagable and took care to see that we were pleased and got the things we were asking for and needed. Jordan was very help friendly, professional, knowleagable and took care to see that we were pleased and got the things we were asking for and needed. Jordan was very helpful too arranging those things we were asking for. We got new different headrests included as my fiance found the ones that came with the car uncomfortable. We got a decent price, plus the first year of free service. And Melissa the Finance manager was very nice to work with, explained things well, and upon my request arranged a Members Premium card for us ($100)right away even though it was Saturday and didn't think we could get one right away. Car was washed for us and well looked after. They even had another Forte model of different color ready in case we wanted that one before we made the decision. More

We had a fantastic experience at 401 Dixie Kia! Having done a great deal of research online, we were interested in the Rio5 SX and the Soul and, on a random Sunday afternoon that wasn't already booked up done a great deal of research online, we were interested in the Rio5 SX and the Soul and, on a random Sunday afternoon that wasn't already booked up with errands, we decided it was time for a test drive session. Then we discovered that car dealers do not operate on Sundays....except of course for 401 Dixie Kia!! (Seriously....it's the only dealer in the GTA that is open on Sundays that I could find!). We rolled in during a particularly busy period and asked to speak to a sales rep and after what I can only assume the sales manager Chad determined was an unacceptable amount of time to leave us waiting (about 2 minutes), he came to help us directly. He was great! Super helpful and informative during the test drives and, through feedback on what we liked and didn't like about the Soul and the Rio5, suggested the 2012 Forte5 SX, which we weren't even looking at. After driving the Forte5, I absolutely agreed that it hit all the major (and minor!) things we were looking for in our new car. Chad and Melissa walked us through all the details of the deal and answered all of the questions we had, and had a lot of laughs along the way. Then Chad introduced us to Sunil to handle all the particulars of paperwork, a detailed guided tour of the car and all the features, and final delivery of the car. Sunil was amazing. He answered ALL of my questions (I'm a very detail-oriented guy) and made sure I was 100% comfortable with the paperwork, the process and the car itself (including a crash course in tiptronic shifting!) before I happily drove away. When we visited the dealership, we were looking to purchase a new Rio5. The test drive was handled processionally, and Sky was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to demonstrate every p purchase a new Rio5. After some discussions about what we were looking for, Sky was able to show us a used 2012 Rio5 on the lot that completely matched the trim and everything we wanted. From the time we decided to purchase, he was nothing but professional and helpful with all our questions and concerns, and was able to get us financed within the budget we had set. When he didn't have an answer to an inquiry, he went out of his way to get us clarification on the response. More
