I Regret not doing this earlier as my purchase was in April. Robert was great to deal with and very friendly. We were treated fairly and Robert always returned my calls post sale. Got my Sportage a few weeks ago and just wanted to express my thanks to the incredible sales team of Sunil and Jordon. The first person we met when shopping for our car in Kia was Sunil. I was really impressed by his knowledge with the car and the details that was explained to me. He was very patient and took the time to go over every feature in the car. Up to this day my twelve year old would explain how to operate a feature in the car to her friend(s) by starting with the sentence "Sunil said that we can...". I was still trying to decide between getting a Kia Sportage or another car before that and Sunil pretty much sealed the deal. Jordon was the person that helped us with the paper work. He was very pleasant and helpful in every way possible. He went out of his way to help us pick the colour of the car and went beyond my ecpectations of what a sales representative would do. This is my first Kia but with such a great sales team, I would definitely recommend Dixie 401 Kia to anyone I know. Well maybe not the ones I hate. More
The purchase of a 2013 Kia Rio was very challenging from the beginning. First the 2012 model I was initially interested in was no longer available so I opted to wait for a factory order, with a specific co the beginning. Next I was told that the factory had not in fact started building the car after 4 weeks so Debbie promptly contacted me with options and I would have to say that if it weren't for Debbie I probably would not have purchased a Kia from 401 Dixie. All the people at the dealership that I've had the pleasure of interacting with are truly customer service oriented professionals. I originally selected 401 Dixie Kia as my choice of dealer for proxmity (I live less than 2 minutes drive away) and the Dealer Rater website rating. I totally agree with the stellar ratings that they have earned from other customers. I believe that their focus on customer satisfaction has been a great example of overcoming what could have easily been a disappointing car purchase situation and turned it around. I wish them continued success and hopefully my service visits will be enjoyable and problem free. More
Just wanted to say thanks to the whole team at 401 Dixie KIA and a special one to Jordan and Bill. Got my Rondo a few days ago and I’m in love with it. It’s an amazing car and very roomy as well. When we first walked in we were greeted by Bill, which was very nice and listened to all the things I was looking for on my new car. Since it was a busy Sunday and all of the sales people were busy with other customers, Bill called Jordan (who was off that day) to come in and help my family. Jordan was very pleasant and made us feel the most important people around. He expedited the delivery date for the day I needed the car ready and even made sure I got the top of the line navigation system installed. On the day of the delivery, even though Jordan was off, he came by at a scheduled time to personally take care of the release of my new Rondo. He didn’t rush and took the time to go over all the paperwork and explain in details all the features on the car. The next day when I called about an issue with my Sirius satellite radio, Jordan was happy to schedule a time with the Service Department to have the navigation system looked at and added some extra features at no extra cost. Jordan really ensures that his customers are completely happy not only during the sales transaction but afterwards as well. So if you are thinking of purchasing a new/pre-owned car you can assure that Jordan will be there to help you all the way through. More
When i entered this Kia dealership, I was amazed at the level of professionalism. The staff including the service center people were extremely friendly. We came to test drive a car without an expectation to buy one. Little did we know, in couple of hours we were engaging in negotiations to buy an car, so it was really exciting. After a little while we were able to negotiate a deal for my Sorento, i paid the down payment, and when we were going to sign the papers, i noticed that what we discussed with the sales representative was not reflected on the final contract. What was negotiated with the sales reps were a V6 engine however when signing the papers it was a V4 (the difference in price is about $2500). After spending nearly 5 hours at the dealership, i was really really upset (maybe a little pissed), since this is a huge mistake by the dealer. If i did not notice this, and if i signed the papers, i would be driving a V4 thinking its a V6 (although i would know the difference). I don't know if this was intentionally done (at least i hope not), Jordon did apologize as being a glitch in the system, where he was negotiating with me a V6 however the quote that he received (over the phone from another dealer)was for a V4. But what suprises me is that, wouldn't an experienced sales rep know if a price is too good to be true? How would someone not know the price of a V6 or v4 (if this is what people do for a living), and simply binds in a negotiation with a client. Since it was a mistake on their part they quickly gave my deposit back and walked us out. For a dealership this big, this is not acceptable. I would have expected the manager to come an apologize for this huge mistake, but they shrugged it out, and i was in no mood to stay there longer. I do not know if i would recommend this dealer to my family or any friends, however in all fairness, they do have good reviews on this site, but i think people should just be cautious with this dealer and any dealers in general. My suggestion to every buyer: Read every single thing before you sign, get everything in writing and not get carried away with the excitement. Worked for me. More
I haven't purchased a vehicle for the past 7+ years. I found my experience extremely positive from start to finish. I have been on some car dealership lots that were a nightmare! They were ready to answer any questions I had, and went above and beyond when explaining additional features included with the vehicle. Rob even helped me set up my bluetooth....which I use often! Melissa, who dealt with the financial aspect of the sale, was AMAZING, she explained everything in clear detail, recommended coverage that was applicable to me, and made the whole process easy! I would recommend this dealership to anyone, they efficient, knowledgeable and friendly what more can you ask for! More
Given the limited time I had at any given visit with Rob he made the transition from my loved 2010 Kia Soul to my 2012 Kia Soul - SEAMLESS!!! I just wanted to say that I am loving driving my new KIA Rondo! It's very fun to drive and great on gas. I measured that I got 600 kms out of the tank of gas that you put in for me!
