Traded in my 2010 Soul 2u Denim for a 2013 Soul 4u Molten. There was some confusion regarding delivery/installation of the accessories that were to be included (Keiven thought they'd be delivered/inst Molten. I'd been getting my 2010 Soul 2u serviced here for over a year, so I was already happy with their quality of work, friendliness of staff (especially parts guy Jermaine! I went to 401 Dixie Kia for service on my Kia Rondo, I walked in and a young gentleman with smile (Mr. Sunil Singh) came to ask me what he can do to help me. I showed him the little programs with my car (paint issues) and asked him what he can do. He checked the two spots and went into speak to the technician and came back quickly. He told me that he need to bring my car inside for 5 minutes and get it done. I knew the service technicians are busy, ( I have to make a appointment to do my oil changes) and have some doubt whether he can get it done in 5 minutes. After I gave my key to him, in less than 5 minutes, he got the two spot fixed, I was amazing job done by the service Mr. Sunil Singh and the technician. I am 100 percent satisfied. Debbie took the time to consider my needs and help me make a very sound & practical decision on the type of vehicle that fits my lifestyle. and budget. She had work with me on what I wanted in a vehicle and if there as a feature that was not available in the vehicle, she found a way to make it happen without "breaking my budget".....really love that. Melissa was extremely helpful when it came time to discuss the warranties and financing my vehicle. She took the time to explain fully of what I was purchasing and how each of the warranties that I bought worked. Debbie & Melissa co-ordinated to make the vehicle affordable and at the same time not giving up on certain options that I wanted in the vehicle. They didn't talk me down to a lower model with less features just to meet my budget, instead found ways to make it happen so I can have the model I wanted. Finally, Anthony who did the running around, returning my calls whenever I had a question, took me for my test drive, showing me how all the options work --- I couldn't be more satisfied. He was the "icing" on the cake, to phrase it nicely and all in all, a totally awesome experience. I hope this experience does not end now that the purchase of my vehicle is over. I hope that the excellent service I had received continues well after the sale. Everyone is prompt & courteous and delivered everything as promised. I didn't look forward to car shopping, because I had very limited time and I was tired after work. Most dealerships are closed on evening weekends, but Kia was open and Ahmad was very helpful. He was informative, flexible and courteous. I also appreciated that he was not pushy, when I said I needed time to make a decision. Chad also helped with my decisison making.
