It was an AWESOME experience going to 401 Dixie Kia! I was looking for a brand new compact SUV type of vehicle... I went to a couple of other dealers and brands but when I called Dixie Kia and spoke with was looking for a brand new compact SUV type of vehicle... At the beginning I wasn't sure this was the right dealership as Kia was very busy and Ahmed could not meet with us. However, he did go out of his way to make things right after this. First met Raj 2 weeks after purchasing my 2011 Kia Forte 5, and since has been a professional uplifting relationship thusfar. Dealing with past dealerships and performance shops in the past have instilled a predisposed stereotype within myself. "Don't trust anyone", but like I said dealing with particular gentleman and being exposed to his professionalism has brought my guard down. I will continue to do business with this parts department. We have always been a Chevy family. We went to 401 Dixie Kia to compare the features in the Kia against the Chevy that we were going to buy.
