We've been thinking of upgrading our Kia Spectra to something larger. While we were only looking, we ended our visit having purchased a 2011 Sportage. It was a whirlwind to say the least. This dealership was fantastic, from the second we walked in to the time we walked out, we had their complete attention and respect (which is very lacking these days). We checked at many dealerships for pricing and although there was competition, the add ins and customer service, along with the comfort we felt in negotiating really set 401/Dixie Kia apart from the rest. Sunil was wonderful in setting up the deal and making sure we were happy with the choices we made, and going to the room to meet Jordan to finalize everything, we honestly felt like we were in good hands. The pressure is sometimes overwhelming, Jordan and Sunil really made us feel like they were on our side, we knew we were in good hands. Finally, completing the paperwork with Anthony was a breeze, a great way to cap the night and as promised, they ensured we got our brand new Soul the very next day! As for the price of the purchase; suffice to say, we bought the car and it was the best deal we could have found accross Ontario. I looked as far as Cornwall and beyond. It couldn't be beat. We just purchased a new Kia Soul, of course we had to accessorize is and make it our own. Off we went to 401/Dixie Kia and luckily, we found Raj. This was the first time that my wife and I purchased a new vehicle, and was our first major purchase as a couple. The entire experience, from us walking into the show room, to us driving away in our new 2 new vehicle, and was our first major purchase as a couple. The entire experience, from us walking into the show room, to us driving away in our new 2013 Sorento was fantastic. Having never bought from a dealership before, and hearing some of the horror stories of dealerships hard selling and using pressure tactics, we were nervous going in. When we arrived at the showroom, we were greeted upon entry and were left to browse for a few minutes. We then met Deb, the sales manager, who is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She asked us which vehicle we were interested in, and provided much information on the Sorento. She then introduced us to Sunil, who was also extremely helpful. Sunil took the time to explain the various packages available, the safety features, and the benefits of the Sorento to both my wife and I. He then took us on a test drive, and showed us all of the features in action. Once we returned to the showroom, he asked us which package we liked and then went through the pricing. Deb took over from there, providing a price (which was extremely fair as we had done research on pricing), a breakdown of monthly payments which were within our budget, and provided us with an absolutely fantastic financing rate (0%, how can you get a better deal then that). We were very happy with the figures, and were pleased that the whole time we were not pressured or forced into making a decision on the spot. My wife and I decided to purchase, and 24 hours later we were driving our brand new Kia Sorento. I wish to thank everyone who helped us, not only Deb and Sunil, but everyone behind the scenes as well. Anyone looking to buy a new car should visit 401 Dixie Kia, as the sales staff and whole team will do everything in their power to make their customers happy.
