Loved the staff at this location, everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable when trying to pick a car. Amit and his team at Kia was very nice, friendly and willing to answer questions we had. I bought a Kia forte sedan and customer service is excellent. Everybody working there is very friendly and helpful. Early on Wednesday, November 15 ,2023 my son and I drove to 401 Dixie to test drive a 2021 Subaru Forester that was listed online. After a successful test drive I decided to purchase the vehicle and as part to 401 Dixie to test drive a 2021 Subaru Forester that was listed online. After a successful test drive I decided to purchase the vehicle and as part of the upsell offers I agreed to purchase 4 new snow tires on 4 new black steel rims. The salesman said that the service manager would try and have the car ready to go that day and by 5 pm it was ready to drive home…except that there was a problem. The tires were not installed. The salesman said that they would deliver the tires to Owen Sound on Sunday Nov.15 and reimburse me $160 to have the tires installed in Owen Sound. I agreed and my son and I drove back home with the car. When the tires did not arrive I contacted the salesman who promised delivery the next day, Monday. They did not arrive and a new promised date of Nov. 27 was given. The timeline kept getting delayed and the agreement was not being met. By this time we had received 3 inches of snow in our area and my snow tires were still undelivered. The tires did not arrive on the 27th and after one more call I got a full assurance that I would get them on the 29th. The service manager Rocky said that “Someone in my department dropped the ball on this one and I’m going to tell you straight up” in reference to forgetting about the tires. Would this would be a place you would want to purchase a car when the service manager admits they forgot about a client and their agreement? They openly admitted to dropping the ball on the service they were providing, and in turn the customer service continued to decline. My son had to call them and advocate for me, which he had to tell them the solution to getting us the snow tires. At last they finally were delivered on the 29th, 2 weeks late. I phoned and spoke with the sales manager Ankar who said that he was unaware of the situation and that he would check into it and get back to me. To date, December 14, I have not received a reply nor the promised $160 compensation. I am very disappointed in this business and the poor service that they provided in completing the sale and delivering on their promises. I would strongly suggest that you look at other businesses and not go to 401 Dixie KIA. There are other places out there that won’t “drop the ball” on customers and your business, especially when you’re spending over $40,000 on a purchase with them. The inconsistent communication and poor service are good reasons to look elsewhere. You deserve to be treated better and hope you are, because the service was awful and hope you don’t have to go through what we did. This is me being completely honest and relaying how the experience went. Happy car shopping, hopefully not here. More

I had a terrible customer service experience with this dealership - they firstly promised a delivery date to get the sale and then delivered the vehicle 2 weeks later . The finance manager then did not disclose a clause that he should have and the management tried to cover it up. The matter finally got escalated to the General manager Jordan and we had a chat on 06 Apr 2023 wherein I expressed my dissatisfaction of the service provided at the dealership. He promised to look into the matter and give me a call back. I have been waiting ever since that day. I also called the dealership again on 02 May, 24 May and 30 May and spoke to Adelia who confirmed that she had passed on the previous 02 messages to him but he is not in the office today and she will again remind him when he is next in the office. I am now convinced why the customer service levels are so poor when the General Manager himself has no time to call back or keep his word !! Saying that, I still await his call back as promised !!!!! UTTERLY FRUSTRATING !!!!! The general manager now says there was a misunderstanding and thought the team had resolved the issue - this is my reply -------- Hi Jordan, I don't understand how you can even think that your team resolved the issue whereby I had escalated the matter to you precisely because your team was incompetent !!! Also when you promise a call back, the least you can do is keep that promise and not make me wait for a month and a half !! In addition, when you say you have not received the messages from Adelia about my calls, when she has explicitly confirmed to me that she has passed on those messages to you, either she is lying or you are !!! I never mentioned anything about voice-mail if you care to read my email !!! I love the words that you and your dealership have used throughout your interactions with me -- "misunderstanding ", "miscommunication " etc - the fact is that is was a big MISTAKE dealing with you and your team !!! Await your call back and look forward to hearing about your detailed investigation results (if you ever cared to do one) which took a month and a half to call me !!
