I purchased a Kia carnival 2 months ago . .. The MSRP was inflated with optional add ons which is not allowed but if you don't take them they say vehicle sold after agreeing to remove add ons .. The MSRP was inflated with optional add ons which is not allowed but if you don't take them they say vehicle sold after agreeing to remove add ons in Lou of warranty I purchased vehicle.. after long thoughtful discussion plans on keeping the vehicle changed we no longer plan to keep the vehicle long enough to have extra warranty .. I cancelled warranty I tried to reach out to dealer no reply.. reached out to warranty company lgm they contacted dealer and cancelled warranty it's been over two months and I still don't have my money I reached out to multiple managers and general manager and no reply.. stay away from this dealer and if you have to do business get everything in writing .. I contacted omvic today and will be posing on all social media platforms I shouldn't have to do this to get a refund on money that belongs to me with in contract terms. More
