We visited to check out you don’t match the racial background of the staff here, DO NOT GO. Our experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. We visited to check out a 2024 Kia Seltos and were told by the receptionist that it would be a 10-minute wait to see a salesperson. We waited for 30 minutes without any follow-up or assistance. We had to approach the receptionist again for an update, and she told us it would be just another 10 minutes. After waiting an additional 35 minutes with no further communication, we were fed up. Meanwhile, we noticed that other patrons who did not share the staff’s racial background were ignored, while those who did, were promptly attended to. This blatant bias and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. When we decided to leave, the receptionist only asked if we wanted to schedule another time to see a salesperson, with no apology, empathy, or respect for our wasted time. This dealership left a terrible impression on us as potential customers who are not brown. The Dilawri Group of Companies should take note of the exceptional customer service at the 401 Dixie Mazda dealership and use it to educate the staff at 401 Dixie Kia on proper etiquette and non-discriminatory practices. Hi almost a year ago I bought a car Kia Rio. After six months I have problems with the car.The problem is vibration under the gas and brake pedal.I come two times they say everything is okay but After six months I have problems with the car.The problem is vibration under the gas and brake pedal.I come two times they say everything is okay but I still feel something wrong they just pumped my tires that all and say the car is safe you can drive.
