A Warm and Satisfying Experience! My husband was looking for a new company and family car. This is the first time he has looked for a new car rather than a used one and with a fixed budget he was not sure he would be able to get a new car. When he first met Ryan at 491 Dixie Kia or Katie and Eric's dealership, Ryan thought that a new car was quite possible. Ryan is a very warm, genuine and professional young man to work with. And this place was hopping and very busy! Ryan would come in early to make sure he looked after his clients. He made sure he put gas in our new car early and before his shift started because he knew how busy he would get. He didn't want to disappoint us when we picked up our new car. And picking up our car was a delight! We enjoyed coffee and chocolate while waiting for Ryan to finish with the clients he was with. He came to tell us he would be a few more minutes. Everyone at the dealership made sure we were looked after. Ryan explained all the paperwork then took another 30 minutes at least to go over the car with us inside and out! And to make sure Arnold's phone was paired with the car. We also enjoyed chitchatting about our vacations, family, etc. It was like visiting a good friend. He is that easy to deal with and work with. We will be looking for Ryan when we buy another Kia in a few years when I trade my Rondo in. I recently purchased a 2016 Kia Rio from 401 Dixie Kia. From the first phone call I made to the dealership I was impressed with the customer service. I spoke with Ryan who inquired as to what features I would be looking for in a vehicle and he took me through available options. We made an appointment for later that same night. When I arrived Ryan had the 2016 Kia Rio with all the features we discussed ready for me to test drive. Once I decided I was going to purchase the vehicle the staff made it a smooth and quick process. Jordan was very helpful working out financing terms to suit my needs. Amit was able to quickly get my financing approved so that I could pick up the vehicle the next day. I picked up my vehicle in a snowstorm and was surrounded by helpful and friendly employees willing to help out their peers unable to make it into the office. The following day I received a phone call from both Jordan and Ryan to ensure I was happy with my purchase and ask if I had any questions. It was truly a great experience and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle! More

Take the time to know your customers! I purchase a vehicle with a faulty door issue upon purchasing the suv I showed the sales rep the issue and he stated they will take care of it, shortl I purchase a vehicle with a faulty door issue upon purchasing the suv I showed the sales rep the issue and he stated they will take care of it, shortly after the purchase he left an I spoke to a service tech and he stated they cannot repair something unless its fully broken. So I left it long behold as soon as the truck crossed 113km the handle broke and they refuse to repair the issue. Wanted to charge me upwards of $500 for labor & parts when I was also told factory warrant goes up to 5yrs or 120km whichever hits 1st. So I was seeking the cheapest fix ask what would it cost for extended warranty that covers all this, got called into the office with empty promises and wasted my time, they go we can get you into a 2016 Sportage for the same payment and then you won’t have to worry about all this stuff. I’m all happy, thinking it’s such a good offer. Called me in talk a bunch of things all customer wanna hear then got a call a week after stating, I can get you a much lower interest rate and put you into a 2014 Kia Optima (xxx) I went from a SUV to a crossover and now a sedan. Any my door was still broken. Had to take it elsewhere to get repaired for half the cost. The last email I have from these very inefficient people was “let me look into this and get back to you” What a place, I will never go back there for repairs or to purchase anything. Both Katie and Eric have poor customer service skills, I’ve been in the dealership numerous times and they look at customers as something they step in and they treat people the same way also. More

After spending a lot of time picking out the car we wanted, agreeing on a final price and paying the deposit we almost bought the wrong car. When we were going over the details the model noted was a lower model then we were talking about the rest of the day. Not sure if the sales rep just make a mistake or that was the plan, but in the end they wanted an extra $2000 for a car that we already agreed to a price on. So we didn't buy it and left... waist of time going here. More
