My 2017 Santa Fe broke down at 135k. I had it towed to the Dixie dealership and it was found the engine has seized. The dealership applied to have the car engine replaced under warranty I had it towed to the Dixie dealership and it was found the engine has seized. I cannot thank the dealership staff and Hyundai enough. Incredible service. They were in constant contact throughout the process. WhatsApp initially turned out to be an awful introduction to Hyundai has now completely changed my mind. I’d buy from the brand again knowing that they hold themselves accountable for when at fault. 10/10. More
