Horrific experience w.r.t. customer service, car quality, sa I bought a Honda Civic, Hyundai Certified, Model 2014, price $17,000. It was supposed to be delivered on May 31, but when we reached to pick the car, I bought a Honda Civic, Hyundai Certified, Model 2014, price $17,000. It was supposed to be delivered on May 31, but when we reached to pick the car, the sales rep asked us to wait for 2 hours because of some documentation delays and later said that the car plates are not sent for registration. Later after inspecting the car, it was not even cleaned, rust free protection for which they charged us was not there. This made us go mad because we left early from work, wasted 1-hour commuting and another 2 hours waiting and got nothing in the end. After facing such humiliation the sales rep said that if you do not want the car, we can return back your money. After an intense argument, the sales manager came and made us calm by committing that we will get the car ready by 3 pm. We went to pick the car at sharp 3 pm the next day and got freed by 5 pm. So another 2 hours wasted because the car wasn't ready. So few days of driving the car, we observed a strange grudging sound, which went unnoticed. Later, the sound increased when the car crosses the speed of 40Km/hr, and intense vibration was also felt at the front seats. So, I went for a checkup and came to know that the front wheel bearings have problems and need to be replaced ASAP because of safety concerns. Also, there was some driver's side door issue. I went to Hyundai service center and told them the issue and asked them how the xxxx this car passed the safety when the front wheel bearing is damaged and noisy. It's a threat to my life when driving this car, what if the bearings got ceased during high speed or anything else happened. Who would be responsible! The service in charge didn't admit their safety inspection fault and said this doesn't come under safety check. He said that I have to take my vehicle to the dealership for warranty claim and only 10days are left for the warranty to end. He didn't even offer a replacement car during the time my car would have gone for repairs. So, I planned to take car directly to the dealership and not through Hyundai Dixie because of their mis-commitments and poor quality standards. Also because of poor customer service which I had experienced since day 1. I went to Honda Mississauga, great customer service, great technicians. They inspected the car and found out few more issues other than the wheel bearings, which I paid extra for repairs. They also gave me a loaner car, till my car was repaired. So, the end result, Hyundai Certified is all crap! They are playing with customer's money, time and life. More

They have an excellent service team, they fixed any minor concern I had with the car right away. Very polite and honest dealership in my opinion. My Sonata was fairly priced as well. Other than taking great care of my car, what I noticed most about this dealership is that they really care about their customers, and work hard to fix any concerns. I've dealt with a couple dealerships before, this is probably the best one I've been too. Definitely going to fix my car here from now on. Erick was the sales associate that helped me out, very honest and a great sales person to deal with. Had a solution for any concerns I brought up, as well as being very patient. I highly recommend this dealership! More
