Terrible customer service. The worst. The service department is astonishing in their incompetence. There is a receptionist named Ann who was quite helpful when I called 12 time The worst. There is a receptionist named Ann who was quite helpful when I called 12 times in one day trying to get someone to call me about my car that needed a new engine and me being without a loaner car for over a week. also Ferris in sales is a great guy. In particular I’d like to single out Crystal for the most awful customer service I’ve ever encountered. I was warned about this dealership before I went there —should have listened. I’m 100% sure I will never receive a follow up about this. More
Jordyn Campbell was my service advisor as my vehicle was due for servicing. From the moment, I pulled my vehicle into the service bay and got out to meet Jordyn it was an absolute pleasure. She quickly book due for servicing. From the moment, I pulled my vehicle into the service bay and got out to meet Jordyn it was an absolute pleasure. She quickly booked me in for my scheduled time at 8 AM went through all the paperwork had me sign off and then ensure that my time would be nothing but satisfaction. She offered me the coffee and showed me where it was, made me feel welcome and then showed me where the waiting room was. I received regular updates on my vehicle status and before you know it was done fantastic. All service was completed and nothing was missed. The vehicle was returned to me within the hour which I was really pleased and it was cleaned and ready for me just to review the paperwork status and receive my receipt for the work done. Jordyn I really mean this. It was an absolute pleasure with your professional customer service level. It will definitely bring me back to the dealership and I will discuss with my friends and family to on how good my visit was. You deserve a 10 out of 10 and the service department as well.
