I have always been happy with how promptly April replied to my service requests via email. I also appreciated the timely reminders and service specials that were emailed to me. It is very easy to forget when your next oil change or service should be but I've never had to with their friendly emails. Most recently I traded in my 2012 veloster for an upgraded 2014 version. I found that the treatment and sales service I received was a far cry from what I had previously received at another dealership. Kang was friendly and did not pressure me into purchasing a vehicle. I found that other dealerships would pay you no attention or give you poor attitude if they believed you would not be making a purchase. I found Kang's attitude to be quite refreshing. He worked with me and my family to find a vehicle which fulfilled both our needs and wants. 401 Dixie isn't just about making the sale. They are about continuous after sale service. Just yesterday I stopped by to ask Kang and his manager if my previous winter tires were suitable for the new car. They worked together to calculate the fit. I am very appreciative of the care they show their customers. It shows us that we aren't just another tick that fulfills a monthly quota. I have been to four other hyundai dealers and this is the only one I make return visits to. More
