Amazing experience! We had an excellent experience with Taylor at 401 Dixie Hyundai! We did a lot of research and knew what we wanted, so it was just a matter of dealing We had an excellent experience with Taylor at 401 Dixie Hyundai! We did a lot of research and knew what we wanted, so it was just a matter of dealing with a "dreaded" salesperson. As soon as we met Taylor, that stereotype went out the window - he was AWESOME! Super friendly and funny, and more importantly he knew what he was talking about. He gave us a lot of information about the car we were interested in (Elantra GT), and answered any and all questions that we had. When it came down to negotiations, it was clear that he genuinely wanted us to get the best price. Taylor was very accommodating with us as well. We initially came into the dealership just to test drive the car. It was important for us to make sure our golf clubs fit into the hatchback, and Taylor totally understood that. He invited us back anytime with our clubs to make sure they fit (which they did) - there was no pressure to purchase the first time coming into the dealership, and there were no slimy sales tactics or anything like that. This was my first time buying a new car, and it really was great. It was easy to establish a rapport with Taylor, and I'm really glad we ended up purchasing our car from him and 401 Dixie Hyundai. Everyone we ran into at the dealership was very friendly, asking us questions about ourselves and the car we were interested in. We feel we got a great price, and would definitely buy a car again from this dealership. Very, very pleased with our experience! More
