The manager mislead us and lied to us. The manager mentioned that he will make $200 monthly if we are ready to lease the Elantra but when we made final decision and went back to him he said The manager mentioned that he will make $200 monthly if we are ready to lease the Elantra but when we made final decision and went back to him he said that he will not make it $200 monthly and that he meant $200 biwekly. It was definitely a shock for us because we came back to him. I was very disappointed after this lie. Definitely I will not recommend 401dixie hyundaic to anyone. Im really unhappy with the price they gave us. More
Purchase of another Hyundai I have owned a Hyundai Sonata for 10 years. Never had it in the shop other tan for regular maintenance, oil changes, tires, 1 battery, 1 alternator. Needless to say..I wanted another Hyundai...this time a Tuscon. Wen into 401 Dixie...met with Violet Johnson and her manager Greg...real genuine people. Did the deal in no time...picked up the car a couple of days. Just a pleasure all around. I will go back and so will my family...without question. More
2009 Hyundai Tucson - CRAZY EXPENSIVE to maintain We bought our Hyundai Tuscon new in 2009 and, I'm not sure if we bought a lemon or if this is normal, but it is a ridiculously expensive vehicle to ma We bought our Hyundai Tuscon new in 2009 and, I'm not sure if we bought a lemon or if this is normal, but it is a ridiculously expensive vehicle to maintain. Every service ends up costing us close to, if not over, $1,000.00 - we love the car, but now that we are retired we would have to think long and hard before we ever bought another Hyundai. We have always owned Toyotas and bought the Hyundai because we wanted a 'standard shift' small SUV and Toyota didn't offer what we wanted. In the first 5 years that we owned the Tucson, we spent more on maintenance than we had in 15 years as Toyota owners. People at the dealership are nice enough, but have indicated that the maintenance costs are fairly normal - we have spent over $15,000 on regular maintenance since we bought the car in September of 2009. More
