Great Customer Experience I came in to view a car dealing with Walid, but it didn't work out. Later returned to look at another car with Eric and ended up purchasing it. Wish I had stuck with Walid as his customer service was exceptional, and Eric had more of a "nonchalant" customer service vibe. Experienced a part that didn't work in the car after leaving the dealership and Eric never responded (making it clear it was just about the sale) meanwhile Walid reaponded and gave us direct contact to get help. Manager Darryl greeted me on both occasions making me feel welcomed and appreciative of my business, he made my purchase that much more enjoyable with his exceptional customer service as well. More

They can't be trusted PLEASE READ - ESPECIALLY WOMEN... Is it expecting too much to be able to trust the people I give my vehicle to for service? I hoped never to run into PLEASE READ - ESPECIALLY WOMEN... Is it expecting too much to be able to trust the people I give my vehicle to for service? I hoped never to run into a situation where I get taken advantage of because I'm a girl who doesn't know cars and I guess I look the part. Unfortunately for the service dept, my father is a man who can take apart a car and put it back together no problem. I was told twice my lights were out and needed replacing; both times were lies.They showed me micro fibre filters for the fan and my engine - both dirty and apparently needed replacement; and told me my car's brake fluids are black but they should be clear, and the other fluids also look like they need replacement but that the brake fluid ESPECIALLY was concerning because it was black. I bought a replacement for the engine filter but went home to ask my father about the fluids. Especially the brake fluid, as I was told it was BLACK and very dangerous. My father checked and I'm sure the service dept will be ecstatic to know that my car's brake fluid is fine. The level is fine and the color is clear. All other fluids are fine. He topped up my coolant. Now I don't care if my engine filter actually needed replacing; maybe it really did. Maybe my lights really were out (they're not). This place has lost my business, because they lie and have lost my trust. I hope the $130+ recommendation for new brake fluid I didn't need was worth losing the repeat business I was bringing them. More

She was very professional but also a truly genuine person, she didn't just try to sell us the most expensive car, she took note of the family size she was dealing with and the person who will be driving the car. At many times it felt as if a friend of ours were just talking to us about the best car for the family. With the help of Darryl Kessel the Sales Car Manager and Ben Hajdini Financial Service Manager we were very well accommodated with our budget and answered all the questions we asked regarding our purchase. They were all very patient with us and throughout listened to what we had to say, even after hours making sure we didn't leave the dealership unhappy and lost. So I can truly say it was the greatest experience at 401 dixie. More
