Anna went above and beyond ! I took my daughters car in for something I was hoping was minor ..... it turned out that it failed in many areas and my bill was going to be something I took my daughters car in for something I was hoping was minor ..... it turned out that it failed in many areas and my bill was going to be something I hadn't planned on. Anna went over every issue on the vehicle and they were things that did need tending to - Immediately! She was more than understanding and insisted that nothing on the invoice would be done unless it was necessary. She assured me that all the parts were Hyundai products and even though I could get some of the work done elsewhere, explained all the pros and cons. After being re-assured by Anna on many things, I went ahead and had all the work done. I am glad I did and have nothing but high praise for Anna. Her personality and knowledge were above and beyond! When we had to sign the papers, Neil drove to our house so that we didn't have to bring in our kids. They were friendly and very welcoming at this location. Great service! More
