I came in for one of my regular maintenance visits and on the day of, I had mentioned 2 other concerns I was having. Mitch made sure to take care of them. He also arranged for a shuttle to drive me to and from the dealership ,as well as, keep me up to date with what was going on with my car, by phone. Overall, my experience with 401 Dixie and Mitch was positive and I'm quite pleased. More

Easy Oil Change I dropped in without an appointment, was granted quick service and a shuttle ride to and from my office. My only concern was that they had granted a very long shuttle ride to an other customer so a number of people had to wait a longer than expected time for the shuttles return. This was an inconvenience for those of us who work near the dealership but too far to walk it comfortably. They did provide a second shuttle and managed to minimize the problems. Sometimes being too nice can be a problem too. More
Hyundai Dixie - The Dream Team! Hi There, My name's Nicholas and I recently visited Hyundai Dixie for my regular oil change and servicing. This was my first time at this dealership Hi There, My name's Nicholas and I recently visited Hyundai Dixie for my regular oil change and servicing. This was my first time at this dealership as I needed a new location closer to home that values service and friendliness. I previously went to Hyundai Cooksville and Hyundai Kitchener for appointments but always received poor service, lack of care and sarcasm. This experience was much different. I called in letting Dixie know I was running a bit late due to traffic and weather conditions and they were totally empathetic - the gentleman on the phone said "not to worry, please drive safe, you're safety comes first." Once I arrived, Anna, from service greeted me warmly and genuinley. She asked how she could help and made sure that my service was prioritized. Anna also went above and beyond to see if I was still eligible for my discount ( a coupon I usually receive in the mail but happened to forget to bring). Next, she proceeded by giving me a tour of the dealership to make me feel right at home. I was so blown away by the friendliness and warmth of the dealership I even felt empowered to shop around for another new vehicle for my partner as a surprise. I later met a sales agent by the name of Trevor. I wish all sales agents were as helpful and respectful as Trevor, He understood where my buying intentions were and did not exert any pressure (which I can't say happens in other locations). At the end of our conversation I sat down in the lounge and noticed my vehicle parked right near the entrance as if a valet agent was helping a guest. Next, Anna approached me, kindly letting me know that my service was completed. She went over my invoice thoroughly and clearly, so that I was fully aware of what was done on my vehicle and what to expect on my next service appointment. I really appreciated this act because Anna didn't assume anything. She left me feeling comfortable and extremely happy that my service was done quickly and efficiently. And also managed to save me a few bucks. I am so happy I found this dealership as I plan on going back there for every appointment going forward! Thank you Anna and your team! Cheers, Nicholas More
Above and beyond customer service standards. I had my car in for some repairs. The shuttle driver took me home and picked me up when the car was ready for pickup. However, by the time I was supposed to pick up my car I was very ill and not able to drive, and could needed help walking. Both Mitch Harvie and Cheyenne Parsons went out of their way for me, especially Cheyenne who drove me home in my car and even parked my car in the underground garage for me!. More
