Original intent was to purchase a pre-owned BMW and Rock arranged for me to test drive one they had. He was friendly and a delight to work with. He was very thoughtful and showed genuine interest in understanding what I was looking for. He was aware it would be a competitive process and showed keen interest and diligence in follow up. Ultimately I decided to go with a new vehicle and despite his best efforts, I was unable to secure an attractive enough deal - and trade-in value - as I received at another dealer. All that said, the positive experience I had with Rock restored my faith in BMW and resulted in me purchasing a new BMW! More
