Excellent Delivery Experience The Wes was very direct and to the point and got me exactly what I wanted after explaining the unnecessary haggling experience I received from another The Wes was very direct and to the point and got me exactly what I wanted after explaining the unnecessary haggling experience I received from another BMW dealership. Got me the exact car I wanted for the price I asked for. When there was a problem with BMW Finance he took care of it right away without discussion. The delivery experience by Corey was above and beyond what he had to do. I had forgotten an item in my lease return and Corey made sure to drop everything right away to help me get it back after the car had already been shipped off. That level of service alone was priceless. John was great at answering my questions however was not able to deliver on what I had directly asked for. Initially quite insistent on upselling after I had explicitly described exactly what I needed. Overall knowledgeable and friendly. Service Experience - The service department is generally quite busy and I find myself waiting to be checked in by the service advisor. Tends to be a messy situation as my numerous visits show that clients tend to get mixed up or paperwork gets lost and clients are left waiting. At a different BMW location, they ask clients what else is required for service at the time when the appointment is made. Hence the paperwork/service invoice is already drafted. When arriving at the service bay, key is handed to off to the staff and dropped into a reader which immediately brings up service invoice and client info. Parkview may benefit from such a process to help expedite the service experience and reduce confusion. More

My wife and I have been through several cars in the past few years, and have had our fair share with dealerships and other brands. Hands down Parkview BMW made the experience much more inviting and welcoming than any other we have dealt with in the past. The BMW DNA is as evident in this showroom as it is on the road. We acquired two vehicles with the help of Adrian Andrews, Arash Rahimpour and Wes Schanzenbacher. Their welcoming and cordial approach made the experience relaxed, informative, and rewarding. Arash's candour and knowledge base helped us get into the vehicles we sought, while Wes and Adrian Andrews helped complete a seamless transaction. The entire team's dedication was there well beyond store-close, indicative of their passion and enjoyment for their work. Arash and Adrian Lupo's knowledge-base and experience with the vehicles, their features and capabilities were clearly evident in both the delivery and intro to our first vehicle; as well as in their input on spec'ing-out the second, more particular vehicle we ordered. All in all, the experience was great, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with Arash, Wes and the two Adrians. It was a thoroughly enjoyable, easy-going and rewarding experience befitting the BMW reputation and brand. More
