I scheduled a service appointment weeks in advance, only to have it canceled at the last minute and pushed out another two weeks. This kind of disorganized, last-minute rescheduling is completely unacceptable — especially from a dealership representing a premium brand like BMW. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident. Every single time I bring my vehicle in, there’s a new issue — whether it’s poor communication, lack of follow-up, or failure to actually resolve the problem. On my last visit, the service team couldn't even diagnose a clear issue with my car, and their response was basically: “Just live with it.” That’s not just disappointing — it’s negligent. BMW used to stand for quality and reliability, but the experience at Parkview BMW tells a very different story. The service here is disorganized, dismissive, and frankly not worthy of the brand. I will absolutely be rethinking any future business with BMW because of this dealership. More
