Another Fabulous Experience!!! I just had my snow tires removed, later than usual because of Covid, and my Service Advisor Todd Servant was excellent as usual! He had to help me cha I just had my snow tires removed, later than usual because of Covid, and my Service Advisor Todd Servant was excellent as usual! He had to help me change my appointment a couple of times and he managed to fit me in exactly when I had time! He had my tires changed with extra time taken to balance them, as I requested. He was courteous and kind, kept to all the distancing and safety precautions and had my service done perfectly and on time! I never go to Toyotatown for service unless Todd organizes it and supervises it! It is always done perfectly when he is involved! He is a treasure! Thank you so much again, Todd, for your usual outstanding service!!! More

After About 15 mins Todd came to inform me that there was a spike in the side wall of one of my tires; he quickly fixed the problem and I was change.
