Todd was professional and helpful as has normally been my experience with ToyotaTown. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding as to what services were being completed on the car this day, which exacerbate experience with ToyotaTown. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding as to what services were being completed on the car this day, which exacerbated my medical symptoms and made the visit extremely stressful. The service manager and the service clerk were very kind and between Todd and the staff, they were able to facilitate getting my vehicle back and me on the road as soon as possible. More

Recently I went to Todd Servant asking for help to buy 4 new tires. He got me the best for my beloved Rav 4! I also anticipated having to have a service but Todd assured me my mileage was so low that the se new tires. He got me the best for my beloved Rav 4!
