I did not meet Todd at the dealership. I don’t know who worked on my vehicle. The car had died ( bad battery cell according to my bill) and I could not get an appointment for two weeks, ov I don’t know who worked on my vehicle. The car had died ( bad battery cell according to my bill) and I could not get an appointment for two weeks, over the Christmas holidays. There was no loaner available. I made all arrangements to have the car towed. No one called when the car was finished. The reception said someone had called but went to voicemail. No message was left. My phone was in working order. I picked up the vehicle but the tire sensor light was on. No one had bothered to reset the sensor. Not a good visit. More

From my first vist i couldn't have been happier. ..from leasing the car or to the service. I have only had one service visit and that was to install winter tires...
