We told him what we were looking for and between Alan, Tamara & Chris and a little bit of time they found our new truck. My husband has not stopped smiling! Excellent experience/wonderful staff at Scarboroug location! I can't say enough positive things about the Scarborough branch of THE LOAN ARRANGER, and Allan East (Financial Specialist) in particular. Not sure i I can't say enough positive things about the Scarborough branch of THE LOAN ARRANGER, and Allan East (Financial Specialist) in particular. Not sure if tiger blood was involved, but from the very start, this gentleman exuded nothing but win! Allan first asked what vehicle I was interested in and my price range, then had the SUV I inquired about brought from another branch (on a long weekend nonetheless). After it arrived, he let me know it had been detailed and cleaned, but also that there was no pressure. Upon test driving, I found it to be beautiful, well maintained, and in excellent condition. With my less than perfect credit, I doubted I'd qualify for financing, but Allan reassured me, and introduced me to Tamara G, who asked what I felt I could comfortably manage for a monthly payment. To my amazement, she was able to secure me financing at monthly payments of even less than what I said I could afford, as well as a decent term. Allan went out of his way to make sure I was kept informed every step of the way too. I test drove Wednesday and filled out the necessary paperwork, and received approval early Thursday. By Friday noon, I was floating out the door with the keys to my newly certified, e-tested, transferred and plated vehicle. Many thanks to Allan, who came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly, even personally filling the gas tank before I got there, and having the mechanic put brand new tires on my vehicle. Such a wonderful surprise! As my grandson would say, "this guy is awesome with awesome sauce!". I was very impressed by the professionalism and phenomenal customer service, as well as the courteous, polite, sincere and accommodating staff. I was not rushed or harassed when i was looking at the vehicles they have on the lot and wasn't ignored when i had questions. The paperwork went well, she went through everything with me, going through the numbers, different amount of payments for different terms and down payment until I found something that worked for me.
