They went above and beyond and we appreciate it :) When we first arrived we met with Jodi who was very friendly and helpful. She provided us with some great information and then we spoke with Chris. Chris is very knowledgeable in general (about the cars vs trucks, financing, payments and the electronics), he provided us with some great tips and information about the vehicle we were thinking of purchasing, he was honest and straight forward. We started out wanting to purchase a 2009 truck, but were not happy with the tuck we seen. Chris spent a lot of time with us searching other trucks from different locations, putting together pricing and payment plans and we talked to him about cars as well. We had to think it over so we went home and talked about it. Jodi was great about getting back to us, with no pressure but just letting us know she was there and could get answers to any questions we had. Jodi was always friendly and patient. When we went back Chris was not there at that time but Tamara was and she was also wonderful. She must have looked up about 6 different vehicles we were interested in. We never once felt we were imposing, she explained that she did not mind and would even show us other vehicles and asked if we wanted to find out more information on those as well. She was friendly and made us feel relaxed and comfortable as well as Jodi and Chris. We took a few vehicles out for a test drive and finally decided on our vehicle, a 2014 300 Chrysler. We were concerned that the tires would pass certification but would need changing soon after. Chris said he would have the mechanic look at them right away and let us know. We also pointed out a scratch across the hood and Tamara said she would have it buffed out for us. We showed Tamara another Chrysler 300 that we liked but it did not have tinted windows, she said if that was the one we wanted they would tint the windows, again customer service above and beyond. We decided on the one we already picked out. It was coming close to the long weekend and they wanted us to have the car for the long weekend so when we went to pick it up, it had brand new tires and Chris told us that we could come back for the buffing because it would take about half a day and Jodi emailed us to tell us she has the 2nd key for the car. Chris then spent an hour past closing of a long weekend with us to go over all the electronic gadgets, bells & whistles, showing us how everything worked. Jodi stayed with us through the whole process, also staying an hour past closing of a long weekend, offering support and getting answers to all our questions. We felt comfortable right from the start with Jodi, Chris and Tamara, never rushed or pressured. We felt that they wanted what was best for us and they were there to answer our questions and provide us with the cost & options and exceptional customer service. When we went back to have the buffing done, they did a wonderful job (very impressed). Although Jodi did not have the key at the time, she assured us that she would mail it to us and if she couldn't find it, she would make sure she got another one from the dealership at no charge to us. We can not say enough about the wonderful customer service. We would highly recommend The Loan Arranger, we were impressed right from the beginning and highly satisfied. Got My Dream Car!! When I first went to The Loan Ranger I met with Alan Birch, I was hoping to get my dream car. My situation didn't allow me to at that time. I did get a nice Dodge Caliber that was surprisingly a very nice ride. That was about 2yrs ago. Alan called me a few weeks ago to see if I was interested in looking into getting my dream car. I really didn't think I was even close to building my way to that point yet. To my surprise Alan contacted me to let me know that I do qualify for my dream car! He is a sweetheart. At first the payment arrangement was not within my budget. Alan could see my disappointment and worked together with Tamara to get me into my dream car. Tamara went to the ends of the earth for me! She worked so hard and really showed genuine concern for my situation and my desire. THANKS TO TAMARA AND ALAN I AM IN MY DREAM CAR.....DODGE JOURNEY 7 SEATER!!! Painless experience Hi,my husband and I walked in not expecting to much,but extremely frustrated with our old car breaking down on a weekly basis.but our lady Tina Fowler Hi,my husband and I walked in not expecting to much,but extremely frustrated with our old car breaking down on a weekly basis.but our lady Tina Fowler made it a very good experience.She was very friendly and totally personable,understand real life situations and worked very hard for us.We walked out with the keys to our new car and a smile,they are a great team there,the environment is all around very friendly and they seem to all get along,she even shared her ice cream birthday cake with us,lol. And becouse of our crappy drive there she awarded us with a 25 dollar gas card.Thank you very much Tina,nice job,thank you for working hard to get us into a much newer nicer ,reliable car.Also thank you to the lady that gave us the card,I'm sorry I forgot name.?? Absolutly amassing man to deal with always looking out for me and my best interests. Even after the deal has come and gone checking up to make sure I'm still happy with my vehicle. I feel like I have a new friend and not just another salesman looking to make a quick buck. With that said, the moment I spoke with Allan on the phone, my guard began to drop somewhat, I decided to write this review after getting a feel for the car so the romance stage is over for me. It was a very good experience, Allan is a diamond in the rough, he doesn't appear it but you will quickly realize he has your best interest in mind. He was smooth.....funny and engaging, but more importantly...more vital...he was honest, he and his finance rep (Tamara) were pros. They worked hard and im comfortable saying that I left the lot happy. I will definitely be back to the loan arranger Toronto to deal with Allan in 2016/2017 for more business. Id recommend anyone to him. He's the real deal (lol no pun intended). More

Amazing person with great people skills I live in cambridge and learned that Allan East works at Toronto now, we drove all the way to Toronto just to find him to help us, 6 months ago I got I live in cambridge and learned that Allan East works at Toronto now, we drove all the way to Toronto just to find him to help us, 6 months ago I got a minivan from himy and I wanted to get a car instead as the gas expenses will go down, Even though it was impossible at this time to just change the purchase he made it possible ND find me a great car that I fell in love right away, They really did the financing and drove the car all the way to Cambridge to save me the trip again, Such a great guy helpful, professional ,witty and a great sense of humor. Even my one year old son is crazy for him. At his new office we met Tamara how glad I am to meet her. A very nice lady who works her magic to make the purchases happen. If anyone needs to buy a car do not bother to go anyone or anywhere else. These people are great Allan is Great I am so glad I met him. I met Mr Mano K, and i have to say this, "he is an awesome individual", he made me realize its pretty easy to own a car. I got my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta today.
