My review is based on the fact that when I went back for a meeting with a Finance person, the first one I met with had me standing at a square in the center of the room with all the other finance/sales people there (so no privacy), no chair, you just stood there like you were at the principal's office (so you do not feel valued as a potential customer). However, I have only good things to say about the Finance Manager I met with after I decided to buy the vehicle, he was very professional and explained everything to a "t", so I appreciated that. More
