Over The Top Customer Service I was looking for a new vehicle and my husband was not able to come with me as he was working in another province. You would think that this would be I was looking for a new vehicle and my husband was not able to come with me as he was working in another province. You would think that this would be a huge problem, well not with the team at Crestview! Justin and Steph went OVER and ABOVE any car dealership customer service that I have ever experienced before, and this will be my 7th set of wheels! Justin took time out of his own very hectic schedule to test drive it with me, and Steph was so fabulous and patient about answering any "girl" questions that I had when he was going over everything with me. They made the ENTIRE process so simple and seamless - my husband had not even seen it in person! To top it off I had a full tank of fuel (which has only ever happened one other time), and had a nice new "go-mug" courtesy of Justin. I would highly recommend this dealership to any friends, family and all the on-lookers that are admiring my new Jeep! Thanks again guys - YOU ROCK!! More

This year was the FIRST time we have ever gone back to a dealership for a repeat purchase. Our first experience at Crestview in Dec/09 was with Steph Jost. Thanks to Steph we were able to get back on the road within a day after our vehicle was totaled. It was also the first time my wife didn't leave a car dealership in tears. We went back to Crestview in Apr/14 and again Steph and Crestview came through with flying colours. In the midst of a showroom reno they were able to deliver a new Chrysler 300 in prompt,professional manner. Now that's what I'm talking about. Thanks to all at Crestview. From the nice lady in finance who let me pronounce her name wrong to Steph Jost in sales- A class act one and all. We will be back! More
