Steph Jost was patient and ensured he knew my ‘wish list’ with the features of the vehicle I was purchasing- a Chrysler Pacifica. During each interaction with Steph he had a smile on his face; and he was extremely thorough in showing me how different aspects of the vehicle functioned. I sincerely appreciate how he took the time to explain how to sync my phone and upload a corresponding app to get the most out of the features the vehicle offered. Additionally, a special thank you to Steph for offering to help me move my car seats from one vehicle to another! I was very impressed how seamlessly the experience was. Stranded in Regina and toured Crestview for a new car Steph J (salesman), Corrie S (serviceman), Cameron C (financial specialist), Don (driver) were all exceptional. Kind, knowledgeable, sincere, thorough: I was in good hands when my Jeep Wrangler broke down in Regina. Traveling from Vancouver to Regina and home via Edmonton, having the vehicle tank out in Sask on the eve of a prairie blizzard wasn't part of the itinerary. But 48 hours later, I was the proud and elated owner of a Ram1500 (2017) with a great trade in for my (useless) Jeep. I also received invaluable feedback on negotiating prairie blizzards - DON'T! My husband and I love the Ram - smoothest ride ever - and it's all the more awesome because I have great great memories from Regina, though not from its RCMP museum as that line item was forsaken for the Crestview Lot Tour.
