I met Jesse on August 31, 2017, and he was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. No question went unanswered. I felt as though he got to know me, my car needs, my car wants and even my little quirks. The best part of all this was that I was relaxed and had SO much fun. Jesse went out of his way to make sure that I felt at ease to make up my mind at my own pace. He went so far as to allow me to check out a Mitsubishi Mirage that I also had my heart set on. The deal at Mitsubishi went SO well (plus they had offered a 10/10/10year warranty that NO other dealer could compete with) I signed a deal that day for the Mirage. Long story short, 5 days later, I called Jesse back. I had cancelled my deal with Mitsubishi dealership in Hamilton because of bad (I mean REALLY bad) customer service. I called Jesse from the car lot in Hamilton and let him know that I was coming back. In the long run ... I wish I had never left Collins Nissan. The day I came to pick up the vehicle was also the day that I signed all the paperwork for their amazing financing and met Misty. She was also pleasant, professional and personable to deal with.
