HANDS DOWN COLLINS NISSAN! BEST EVER SERVICE IN 40 YRS! I have been to many dealerships in the last 40 years. I have NEVER experienced anything like the service I received from Collins Nissan in St Catharin I have been to many dealerships in the last 40 years. I have NEVER experienced anything like the service I received from Collins Nissan in St Catharines. I first called and spoke to Fred. A price over the phone was given to me. I walked in and the price didn't change! ALL other dealerships will give me a price and and I will go in and their price inflated. I am soooooo pleased with how Fred treated me. From the time I walked in Judy the receptionist greeted me with a big smile soooo friendly and she paged Fred. Fred took me to his office completed paperwork in no time. He then on the way to get my vehicle financed with Misty..Fred introduced me to the employees . They ALL had a smile on their faces. NOT A FAKE SMILE! They are ALL so down to earth ...felt I knew them all ...Felt like family/friends. I really felt welcomed and they were ALL so helpful and friendly and everything went smoothly from start to finish!
