My first car and they made it easy I looked around at as many dealerships as I could and searched through auto trader for months. I had lost hope of getting a vehicle that would be what I looked around at as many dealerships as I could and searched through auto trader for months. I had lost hope of getting a vehicle that would be what I needed and wanted without going broke until I was told I could finance within my budget. I went to Collins Nissan for a few reasons. The staff there always seems so friendly, their vehicles are affordable, and I wanted to see if I could afford a Rogue. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by Fred Fuoco a sales manager who immediately made me feel as if I was part of the family. I told Fred what I was looking for and he set me up to test drive a used Murano that was within my budget. Another member of their team, Robert Turco came along for the test drive to gauge my experience in the Murano. When I told him my feelings on the vehicle he set me up to test drive a 2017 Rogue that was still within my comfort zone as far as budget went. Within an hour of driving the 2017 Rogue S I fell in love with the vehicle. It handled well, felt comfortable to sit in, and had all the cargo capability I initially sought for in a pickup truck, but it had a luxurious feeling to it. Robert and Fred both went over numbers with me and we agreed on a financing term that worked for me. With numbers agreed on it was off to Misty to discuss warranty, ASP, among other things. Misty went over the Nissan Added Security Plan with me and discussed other options that were available to me. She assisted me with fine tuning the ASP to make sure it was something I was comfortable with while still keeping it reasonable for my driving habits. Misty submitted my credit approval and said with her going out of town that night that I would be further assisted by another gentleman in their team, Rob Reilly. Rob called me to inform me of my approval and walked me through the next steps and worked with my insurance company to make sure I wouldn't have any trouble picking up my vehicle with a G1 licence. On delivery day I met with Rob to go over paperwork and my contract. He explained everything in a way so simple even I could understand it. What seemed like a short period of time signing papers and discussing the paperwork I was back in the show room being congratulated on buying my first car. Robert Turco walked me over to my car to explain how to use all of the features and even paired my phone for me. Even the gentleman that detailed my car, Scott, came out to make sure I was happy with it. It was spotless and shiny I couldn't have been happier if I tried. With one last payment being made I met their parts manager, Steve Ducross, that assured me if I needed anything to speak to him. I mentioned to my dad even though I have the Nissan ASP I want to put an "Oh crap" bag in my trunk in case I don't have the ability to call them. Steve said he may have something that could help with that and grabbed me a brand new Nissan back pack to get me started on my emergency bag. I met a lot of people with smiles on their faces that were ready to work with me and help me through the entire process of purchasing my first vehicle. From budget and test drives to setting my oil change and tire rotation counters to assure I am able to keep up with my maintenance. I could not be happier with my experience from start to finish. More
