Capia GMC Goes Above and Beyond Exceptional Service I am thrilled with all of my experiences at Capital GMC. If you're thinking of buying a vehicle, this is the place to do it. They go above and beyond. I am thrilled with all of my experiences at Capital GMC. If you're thinking of buying a vehicle, this is the place to do it. They go above and beyond. Most recently, I picked up my car from the service department and when I got on the road warning lights started going off. I immediately turned around but made it to the dealership 5 minutes after close. Mark Breemer and Adam Mohl let me in from the -30 weather and with very few questions asked immediately got to work taking care of me. They arranged for my vehicle to go back into service, set me up with a loaner and made sure to take me to the gas station and top up the gas tank. All of this took 30 minutes from their personal time as it was after hours and they did it with a smile. Their main concern was my daughter and I's safety and that really showed. I was able to get home safely and deal with my vehicle the next day. Melanie in service was a pleasure to deal with and got my car in great shape for me. Thank you Capital GMC. You're an amazing team and I'm proud to say I drive one of your vehicles. More

Great truck extremely poor service My wife and I purchased a new truck in April 2016 . First issue we had was heated seats not coming on when we would start the truck with remote . It took literally until July to find out that it is normal and they would come on when the outside temp was -15 . It was like pulling teeth trying to get this info something the service advisor should have been able to answer immediately not emailing GFX and what not . Next the dealer installed 3m was bubbling up so we took it in . We received a call that it's done . When we get there all that was done is they cut the bubbles areas out this leaving more paint exposed ,when we expressed our displeasure with this act we were told that we must have installed it because they didn't and what they did was a factor to us . Finally they agreed to fix it properly , truck is ready and they send it to my wife's work . One of her co workers notices dents in the hood and fender where they would have peeled the 3m off and installed new . Wife send a truck back to Capital so they can look at it , next day she gets a call and is told that there is no way that the 3m is taller did this damage so too bad . Well we will fix itourselves and we will not be back to capital for any reason . More

Poor service Brought my 2015 gmc canyon with a flat tire. They repaired the flat buy didn't tighten up the spare back properly so now the rear axle seal is being repaired. When I was trying to get OEM windshield replaced, they kept insisting on after market with a $100 upcharge over any other glass place. When trying to organise insurance paperwork for the windshield I was given 3 weeks of running around until I mentioned I would go to another dealership then miraculously the paperwork appeared. I bought the truck from Brian McLean GMC on Vancouver island who treated each customer like gold which is why I went to GM. Capital GMC takes the concept of stealer-ship to a whole different level. $43 to look at a piece of trim, even though I told them the piece had something wrong with it. Customer service is non-existent at this place and it really makes me regret buying a GMC. More

Great Staff I recently took my SUV in because the engine light had come on and I must say the service I received was amazing! They knew I had 3 small children and I recently took my SUV in because the engine light had come on and I must say the service I received was amazing! They knew I had 3 small children and they went as far as to pick up my SUV and drop it off for me so that I wouldn't have to take my children out. They did it all with a smile. The drivers were exceptionally nice. I was very pleased with their service and highly recommend GMC Capital. More

Terrible servicing for my car I brought my car for servicing due to the air conditioner not working as well as provided my extended warranty information. After three full day visit I brought my car for servicing due to the air conditioner not working as well as provided my extended warranty information. After three full day visits and three diagnostic charges due to the air conditioner being forgotten to be looked at during the first visit the issue was finally diagnosed. Not only were they happy to charge me the third diagnostic fee they also quoted me $1300 to repair the issue (replace Evap core) without taking the time to look into my extended warranty coverage. I called the warranty company when I got home after paying $170 for another diagnostic fee and was to,d not only was that diagnostic fee covered by my warranty the repair was as well. The service department did not apologize for the error nor did they offer to refund the diagnostic amount. I did not have extra money to spare based on incompetent laziness and lack of awareness to attempt to save money based on the fact I was already there twice. I will not be returning and instead will take my car to another repair shop willing to reimburse the fee I was charged. I am very disappointed in their customer service especially given the current economy where customer service drives revenue sales. More

I try to find others to help me out ,then I find Emma Watson in parts dep.She was soooo helpful ,She make few phone calls , contact me by e mail sent me sample of product with prices and we finalize transaction .I never experience so helpful person in truck business as Emma, I continue contact with Emma Watson to present day , anything I need ?first call is to her. Congratulation to Capital GMC to have such friendly , knowledgeable employee. At the same time I ask If they can do some service on truck, guess what / they do! friendly quick on spot according to appointment /schedule thanks to Melanie. Another great company asset.
