He was so pleasant and efficient it made getting a replacement car a less stressful experience. He took the time to set up and explain how to use all the electronic features. I'm going to enjoy the heated steering wheel and road safety features. The car was spotless clean and shiny when I picked it up. Thanks to the manager and staff who were all great to deal with. More
