Amazing as always I've been to this dealership many times even just to take a look around the staff is friendly , helpful. Hyundai really do take pride in caring for their customers. Bought my first car in 2013 and now just up dated to my 2017. Changes are if I was to buy into a new vechial in the next 6-7 years I will be going nack. Thank you for helping me get my long awaited baby. More

My husband got me my dream vehicle! I give a full 5 stars to this dealership! They have been nothing but amazing and incredible helpful on every question I had! Poor customer service My Hyundai Santa Fe has a defective part covered by warranty took it in and was advised after having it all day that they didn't have the part to fix My Hyundai Santa Fe has a defective part covered by warranty took it in and was advised after having it all day that they didn't have the part to fix it and would advise when received. Got a call from their service review center and advised that it still wasn't fixed, dealership called me to tell me they could fix it and bring it back booked my winter tire change at the same time. Got a call later that day they didn't have the tools required to change the tires got someone to bring them what they needed. Went to pick up my car and was told they couldn't fix the warranty work as needed a part that had to be ordered. Charged me full price for the tire change and weeks later still no word on the warranty fix. Both times offered shuttle service that never showed up. Also requested an emailed receipt and never received that either. As a professional in management the customer service level received was substandard would never buy a vehicle from them again nor recommend. More

Great experience from start to finish! I had just recently purchased a used 2013 Santa Fe Sport from another dealership when I originally came into the Grande Prairie Hyundai dealership for I had just recently purchased a used 2013 Santa Fe Sport from another dealership when I originally came into the Grande Prairie Hyundai dealership for some recall work. Lori at the service desk was great to deal with and made me feel like I as a customer would be very well looked after. Shortly after Kati got in contact with me regarding a trade in promotion they were offering for a new 2017 Santa Fe Sport in a higher trim model than I originally had gotten. Thinking that this offer was probably too good to be true I entertained the idea not thinking that it would be possible for me to go ahead with it. However, they ended up making me an offer I just couldnt refuse for a vehicle that had EVERYTHING I wanted. Kati was absolutely great to deal with and super accessible for any questions I had for her day or night. Not once did I feel pressured into going ahead with the offer, unlike other experiences I have had elsewhere, and it was obvious that both Kati and Will were trying to get me the best deal possible while also completely making up for the money I would have been losing on the trade in value on my 2013. Even little things like reembersing me for the floor mats and warranty transfer fee I had just purchased for the 2013 to help knock my cost down just that little bit more. Brittany also took the time to walk through all aspects of the financing in detail and was very open to answering any questions I may have had. And don't even get me started on the warranty, both the manufacturer and the optional wear and tear warranty which I gladly went ahead with are outstanding and I can tell why Hyundai is known for having one of the best warranty programs in the business. It is very apparent that Hyundai places great value in its customers and overall I could not have been more satisfied with my experience. More
