Kelvin was very pleasant and patient, dealing with two senior ladies, with limited IT skills. He talked us through the controls and answered all our questions with great respect. I’m sure he spent a lot l senior ladies, with limited IT skills. He talked us through the controls and answered all our questions with great respect. I’m sure he spent a lot longer than usual going through everything, but he took his time and made sure we were comfortable with everything before leaving the dealership. Great customer service! More

This is our 3rd vehicle purchased from Capital with Kelvin as our sales rep. He came in from vacation to deliver the vehicle to our daughter. The purchase was a surprise for her.
