I could not in good faith recommend this dealership. I will start by saying I was super excited to buy a new vehicle. Upon initial contact, things were good. It was when the deal was made that it started going downhill. From that moment on, I felt that I was of very little importance. The amount of time spent waiting was more than I would ever expect, and it was very hard to reach my salesman. There were a few great people to deal with, Ebin being one of them (he was super to talk to and very helpful). One of the managers did step in to help when there was an issue in the service area, and that was appreciated, but as a whole experience, it was not what I had hoped for. I just bought the vehicle in June of 2018, and today traded it in at another dealership. I will not get into the specific details, but where Capital did not meet my expectations, a different company did... and they will receive a 5 star rating. More
