Did not purchase my 2016 Sorento at Turpin, but it has been serviced there, and only there, for the past 6 years. Unlike other dealers I have delt with in the past, not once during those 6 years did anyon been serviced there, and only there, for the past 6 years. Unlike other dealers I have delt with in the past, not once during those 6 years did anyone from Turpin try to persuade me to trade in my vehicle, despite my many conversations with the sales rep Michael during my service calls. Througho the last few years. Our sales person was Mike Peters who was incredibly knowledgable, patient and did not push our decision making process. Throughout Covid they had excellent procedures in place, and Fern Turpin has been someone who goes the “extra mile” to make things work. When we go to the dealership they know our names and we know theirs. The spirit of cooperation and superior customer service is always evident. Our thanks to all of them. More
