Had taken Rogue for free brake inspection April 16. Rear brakes needed urgent servicing. Service department estimated 1.5 hours to complete work. Vehicle was ready at the exact estimated time. Friendly and professional. Allowed my epileptic dog whom cannot be left home inside premises which reduced anxiety. Vehicle was fixed and also exterior was thoroughly washed. This is a substantial improvement from one of the previous servicing two years ago when a different service advisor lied saying that my wife’s Infiniti EX35 2008 had a leak in the steering column and costs to replace would not be worth it for the car of this age and also hinted it should be sold. So for two years I monitored my wife’s vehicle, inspecting for leaks and the brake fluid level and not ONE drop of brake fluid leakage was detected (please advise if the service receipt is required by Nissan for review which states the purported leak). To this day, my wife’s car drives impeccably. As a result, I refrained from using this dealership for oil changes and seasonal tire swaps for past two years. This most recent service was a welcome improvement to the past services during which I have had to wait extended time for simple oil changes and tire swaps. Here is an example where a technician can drain the oil while changing the tires and save time and save a client money and give an incentive for repeat visits. Thank you and keep it up. Two suggestions for client service improvement is to take in the vehicle into the garage within 5 - 7 minutes of key handover, and deliver services by the promised time, and time spent should be appropriate to the nature of the work performed. We just purchased a third car from Nissan St. Catharines, and am completely satisfied. Unfortunately though, after speaking with Jennifer to make an appointment, I had a different feeling about my experience. Jennifer is very unpleasant to speak with. She made me feel as though I was annoying her, and spoke in an abrupt manner. My spouse had a similar experience with her in the past. This may need some attention if she is communicating with clients. More

We purchased a used (2022 mitsubishi RVR) fron St. catharines nissan, Nathan was our salesman he was helpful and guided us through purchasing our car. We had the pleasure of dealing with Katie aswell catharines nissan, Nathan was our salesman he was helpful and guided us through purchasing our car. We had the pleasure of dealing with Katie aswell and she has been moat helpful during the process and even after purchase. We did have a couple of set backs however the dealship did work with us and get all concerns sorted out. They have a great stock of vehicles (which can't be said about all dealerships that we visited) All in all I would recommend the dealership and would consider buying from here again. More

Jeff exceeded my expectations in ways that made me feel like I was talking to my Dad. He made me feel safe, cared for, appreciated, and taken care of. Jeff clearly goes above and beyond with all of like I was talking to my Dad. He made me feel safe, cared for, appreciated, and taken care of. Jeff clearly goes above and beyond with all of his customers. I felt respected, valued and appreciated. He is genuine, honest and humble. I have never felt more comfortable in a sales office. He was professional and actually cared about my needs. I will come back in 2 years to trade in my lease, not because the car is amazing, but because the way Jeff made me feel. Quote: “People will not remember what you say to them. They will remember how you made them feel.” I really hope my review will help the management understand the value Jeff possesses cannot be overlooked and is something they need to be very grateful for. You have a rare diamond in Jeff and this cannot be taken lightly. He deserves to be promoted, he deserves to be a sales leader, he deserves to be praised and he deserves recognition and appreciation. I hope my review does not get glossed over with a basic thank you from Management to Jeff. I really hope he receives a reward for his ability to make disabled, neuro-divergent customers feel like they are valued being treated with equality. He didnt know I am high functioning disabled person and didn’t make me feel like I am weird, like I usually feel around sales people. It’s rare for me to experience such a kind person. I wasn’t expecting it. The gift basket was a surprise I wasn’t expecting at at all either. This might be normal to other customers, but to a disabled person, it is extremely rare and deeply appreciated to receive a gift basket. I cherish my experience and hope you get tons of new clients from my 5 star google review. I will forever recommend Nissan because of Jeff. I must also share that Kailei is angelic and her personality is also truly one of a kind. Between the two of them, I felt highly respected and valued. This is a skill you cannot teach people. This is a natural skill for Jeff and Kailei. I won’t go anywhere else for the rest of my life 👏💕 More
