comparison I had purchased my last car ( matrix) with competition motors and I had a problem with the new car stalling out and the service dept there could not I had purchased my last car ( matrix) with competition motors and I had a problem with the new car stalling out and the service dept there could not fix my car... the service at toyotatown kept my car and was able to fix my car to my satisfaction. the only reason I bought my car at competition motors was because I wanted to deal with Ken as he had moved to that location. ( I felt comfortable with his sales techniques). I continue to use TT for my services. and am grateful that Ken has returned to TT. More

Stranded and rescued by Jason at Toyota Town in London. After failing to receive a recall notice from Toyota Canada we found ourselves stranded low on oil after oil cooling lines burst. A call to the d After failing to receive a recall notice from Toyota Canada we found ourselves stranded low on oil after oil cooling lines burst. A call to the dealer got us Jason Defelice on the phone. Even though we hadn't had worked done at this dealership before, Jason worked us through the process, found our 2009 Highlander in the system and noted three recalls that hadn't been dealt with. He was very professional advising that they could get the vehicle in the same day and helped arrange towing while my wife and I went off to work. Much to our delight we picked up our vehicle that same day after the service area closed. The oil lines had been repaired and the other recall items dealt with. All we had to pay for was the tow which we have coverage for. All in all a great experience and we never even saw Jason. Talk about seamless. Thanks Toyota Town we will be back. More

Bad service experinece I'm having a mix experience at this dealership. It' sales dept has an experience and professional sales team who delivers a high level of customer ser I'm having a mix experience at this dealership. It' sales dept has an experience and professional sales team who delivers a high level of customer service and Sylvia Donovan is prime example of that, on the other hand its service dept lack the vision and the attention of building and maintaining its customers relationship and treat its customers as an opportunity to milk them regardless if they are loyal customers or not. I had two bad experiences at its service department and the last one just happened last week and I made the desicion to stop servicing my car there and even not to trade my Corola and buy a brand new RAV4 from this dealership as it fails to followed back with me after discussing my issues with 3 individual employees at this dealership. More
