Only constructive piece is accuracy around verbal quotes. My cost for a catalytic converter was double what was verbally quoted. The process to fix my car and the result after the repairs, was a bit below expectations. Jason is not at fault, but after waiting for parts to come in and then waiting many days for the work to be done, the final result is the car runs louder with more vibrations than when it ran normally, prior to this repair. Still, I highly recommend ToyotaTown as the best dealership service department in London and Jason is a big reason for this. I wish my repair result this time around was better, but I will still keep going to ToyotaTown for service, because they are the most competent of any repair shops I've used and regularly service my vehicle beyond expectations. More
