A pleasant SUV purchasing experience I met with Shawn first in April of 2019 when the new 2019 RAV4 hybrid model was available to test drive. Shawn was knowledgable about the new model y I met with Shawn first in April of 2019 when the new 2019 RAV4 hybrid model was available to test drive. Shawn was knowledgable about the new model year and he presented what I thought was a fair deal for the purchase. Shawn had cautioned me that it may take 2 to 3 months before my order is ready due to back log at factory. In fact it took just over 7 months before my order was ready! Not a fault of Shawn, just a fault of picking a very popular model with lots of demand. Due to the long delay my order was actually changed to a 2020 model year and I found the dealership to be very fair on the revised offer (due to the model year change). More
