Solid Customer Service After dealing with a failing car for the last few months I began looking for a replacement. After visiting some other dealers and communication with ToyotaTown via email we decided to stop in and look at a used Rav4 that just became available. Our sales rep, Shaun Smith was excellent to deal with and took the time to find out what we were looking for and go over the options of what we would be looking at for the model we test drove vs. a new one. This made the decision easier to understand. We came in near closing but never once felt rushed through the process. Janine Feenstra went over all the options, additional items and helped with the final documents. She was very knowledgeable with all of the options and add-ons available. Prior to picking up the vehicle there was a delay in getting the trailer hitch. Shaun was great at communicating the updates to me and when the hitch arrived a loaner was arranged for me to drop off my Rav to get the work done so I wasn't without a vehicle. Prior to leaving I found out that this was his personal car as the loaner had fallen through. That's dedication by someone who cares about the customer experience. I'll be sure to remember that kind of treatment in the future. More
